Robert Matheson,
Chairman & CEO
Mr. Matheson is a member of
the original team that founded Glenbriar Technologies in
March of 1997. His current responsibilities include
defining and implementing the company’s overall
corporate strategy, overseeing new product development
initiatives and negotiating corporate acquisitions and
business partner alliances on a global basis. From
November 1983 to February 1997 Mr. Matheson held the
position of Vice-President, General Counsel & Secretary
at Transwest Energy Inc., an oil and gas company that was
publicly traded on the TSE, ASE and reported to the
SEC. Mr. Matheson holds a Bachelor of Commerce and
Bachelor of Law from University of British Columbia.
Brian Tijman,
Controller, CFO & Secretary
Mr. Tijman is also a
member of the original team that founded Glenbriar
Technologies and today is responsible for all aspects of
the company’s operations that involve finance,
management, accounting, regulatory reporting and M & A
candidate evaluations. From 1992 through 1997, Mr.
Tijman was the acting president of Edgemont
Software Inc. a Richmond, BC private engineering
software development company. Prior to 1992, he held the
position of Vice-President at Softek Services Ltd., a
Vancouver, BC based private structural engineering
software company. Mr. Tijman
holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil Engineering)
from the University of British Columbia .
David Moser,
President of Peartree Software
As President of Glenbriar’s wholly owned subsidiary since June 2001, Mr.
Moser is responsible for the day to day operations of
the company’s proprietary software
division. These include
corporate client management, development of new
distribution channels for Glenbriar’s existing software
solutions, as well as, the new product solutions that
are in the process of being introduced for specific
market verticals. Prior to joining Glenbriar, Mr. Moser
owned Moser Computer Services Inc., an IT support and
software development company that was acquired in
December of 2000. Over the last 22 years, David has
acquired direct experience and a proven expertise in the
area of IT support and software development. Mr.
Moser hold a
Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster
University.
Roy Clarke, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Clarke joined Glenbriar Technologies in August of 2004 and is
responsible for the company’s proprietary technology R & D and technical architecture strategies.
Prior to 2004, he held the position of Director of Operations for Prospec Tracking
in Hamilton, ON, a sales force automation solutions
provider. From 1992 to July 2003 with Dynix Library
Systems, he held the position of Manager of Operations.
From 1987 to 1992, held the position of Senior Office
Systems Specialist at Uniroyal Goodrich – Canada
reporting directly to the MIS director. Mr. Clarke has
over 17 years of operational and technical business
experience and has developed solid software development
skills and a strong aptitude for leadership and
teambuilding. Mr. Clarke holds a Bachelor of
Mathematics with Honors from the University of Waterloo
in Computer Science, and holds the following
certifications - Project Manager by Ameritech, Network
Management by IBM, and Client-Server Design by Gellmand
Hayward.
Glenn F. H. Matheson,
Vice-President
Mr. Glenn Matheson is also a member of the original team that founded
Glenbriar Technologies and in his role as
Vice-President oversees and is responsible for
the company’s
network & communications division that
specializes in implementing third party and
customized VoIP solutions with Best of Breed, Tier 1 quality equipment products. Prior to
Glenbriar, Mr. Matheson held a position as an IT
consultant with Edge Training & Consulting Ltd.,
a private IT consultancy firm based in
Vancouver. From May 1977 until February 1992, he
held the position of Vice-President of Matheson
Engineering and Developments Ltd., a private
company engaged in consulting engineering,
project design, construction management and land
development. Mr. Matheson holds a Bachelor of
Applied Science (Civil Engineering) from the
University of Saskatchewan.
Jamie Skawski, Vice-President
Mr. Skawski has been a member of the Glenbriar team since April 1998 and is
responsible for managing the interaction of the
client/product & service provider
relationship and
placing a strong emphasis on developing
cross-selling opportunities throughout
Glenbriar’s client base. During
his 19 years in the IT services industry,
he has held technical and managerial positions
at companies like CREO Products, AGT ( Alberta
Government Telephones), Digital Equipment
Canada. Mr. Skawski has a diploma in
Electronic Technology from Red River Community
College in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Director
Mr.
Sebastien Leroux has been a Director of
Glenbriar since October 2004.
Since 1998, he is the President & CEO of Proex Inc., a private
placement and consultancy firm. Before
founding Proex, Mr. Leroux worked as an
Operation/Quality Assurance Manager for
General Motors in St. Catharine’s,
Ontario where he led a team of 30
employees, followed by a period as a
Business Development Manager for Focus
Infotech in Mississauga, Ontario where
he was the key business generator for
the company. Proex’s client list
includes such leading companies as Bank
of Montreal, ATI Technologies, Texas
Instruments, Ontario Realty Corporation
and Kellogg Canada.
